Abandoned, but Not Forgotten
This is my current project for my Midpoint Review at AAU. This is a work in progress, so please check back for updates and additions. I will be periodically adding to this project as it grows. What began as a simple project comparing time and place has grown into a lesson in Milam County History, the importance of place in who we become, and a reminder that just because time moves on, it doesn’t mean we forget. Thanks to all who have shared their memories, and especially to Kerri Harris at the Milam County Historical Museum, who has been an invaluable source of information and never fails to know exactly what I am looking for.
